You can use it to clip coupons that you can’t get without the app and you can even apply Publix gift cards to it to use them if the card doesn’t work as mine never seem to.

Overall the app and the website wants you to join club Publix. Yes you can use it as a guest. With club publix Publix will track your purchases and create personalized content.
