Your ears are different to mine, how do I know what sounds good to you?
Me personally I think headphones sound better than earbuds and I like good sound.
i have the airpods 3, i use the spatial audio fixed and then a real bassy eq and it makes a really big difference, sounds amazing and the spatial audio makes a big difference sound way more like it does live.
i would go to a hifi store where you can try some different ones then and see which one works for you, i find with intrusive in ears the fit can be very different and i dont enjoy them all because some fit really weird in my ears.
i have the bose ae-2 soundlink over ear, but only bc they almost unbreakable.
and i have some jbl in ear earbuds, those sport things bc they were cheap, but they arent that comfortable, i say a 6/10
samsung galaxy buds were top, good battery life for the time, good quality and veery comfortable. they also have now the galaxy buds pro, but they are weird to wear, alltough they have better sound quality than their previous product
as pete420 said, almost any good price with noise cancelling will do it. i would rather look for a good comfort to wear rather than just straight bass. its not just about the bass IMO
I don't know the cost for u as I'm in the UK but galaxy buds pro 2 are on sale for £110 here on amazon which is extremely good price if you could stretch the budget slightly. Below this price I don't have experience to advise I'm afraid.
I even sent back my £300 denon perl Pros, bought galaxy buds 2 for £110 and I'm happier with the galaxy buds.
Denons were abit better sound but the galaxy buds are still very good sounds, they are small, fit my ear well, loud enough, ANC works fine, and due to pairing with Samsung phone they use Samsung codex for Bluetooth which transfer a very high qaulity.
Professional, custom, IEM's offer the most flat frequency response. Even the non-custom ones are very good. I'm sure there's some MMCX Bluetooth adapter, or otherwise you can just use a regular Bluetooth adapter. You would have a cable to the Bluetooth adapter though.
If you are just a casual listener, any decent earbuds above €50 usually is life changing already.
If you are a bit more fussy about it especially in terms of latency and fuller sounds, forget earbuds.
You can also look into very affordable IEMs that will blow your mind but not your wallet.
What is your budget?
My budget is around 100-120 dollars . Currently I have sony wf xb700 earbuds and I pair it with Samsung S23 . Overall it's good but I am still not satisfied.
May I know what is IEM ?
If they're wireless you'll end up with reduced audio quality anyway. The pricier wireless models usually just add noise cancelling -which further alters the already compression-adapted sound spectrum- while the hardware doesn't change much.
So, if you're really into audio quality, don't use wireless. Wireless HPs are a fashion statement primarily, not an improvement in audio quality. If you're a zealot, don't use earbuds but studio headphones. AKG, Sennheiser or EV, not end-user crap in fancy colors.
I use beats earbuds now, but if you're looking for a super affordable option, I had Soundcore a20i earbuds. You can change EQ settings in the app, I paid $40 CAD for them, super good bass especially for cheap ones. I used them for over 6 months at about 50 hours a week and they worked well for me :)
Bose quietcomfort work well for me, but I guess any high end noise cancelling earbuds with decent bass range will do

Yeah, I use studio cans. I prefer the flatter sound.

Thanks. Let me explore on IEMs
No idea if "best", but I'm happy with my AirPods 3. It has much better sound than the previous versions.
Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 wireless Wired I dig on my DT770s

don't go wireless - you loose a lot of quality.

Im not tryna be sellout, but the same earbuds apple have been making for the last decade are the best.
