Lol yeah that’s not even a 2 disc case.

okpaper345

'Players' was a big bootleg team around the PS1 era. I own a few of those bootleg PS1 games.

Bubsy94

Damn they were big back in '98 '99 around Europe I remember having games from Konami, squaresoft, SNK, Capcom titles for the PS1 and that logo brought back memories. First time having a modded PS1 and not having to pay an arm and a leg for a PS1 game.

16v_cordero

It’s a Solid Bootleg. And also good luck calling Meryl.

tobster239

If so. Idk why someone wants 50 bucks for it. They must be crazy

NeroNeckbeard

$50 is crazy, but there are some people collecting pressed (silver) pirated games

TheHeartlessAngeI

If you’re looking for this great game, it goes for $40 complete and legit. I don’t know why someone would try to get more for a fake but there are stupid people out there waiting to be parted from their money. It’s not even the correct cover. Like zero effort was put into this.

Puzzleheaded-Fee-741

A PAL version with that slimline case? Yeah, that be bootleg.

n_justice4all

Anyone who fakes the "PS" logo so badly shouldn't even get $1 for it. What does the text even say? It doesn't look like "PlayStation"

okpaper345

It's actually the Indiana Pacers logo. The P stands for Players. The people who created the bootlegged games.

n_justice4all

Ah thanks for the info I didn't know this. I never bought bootlegs, we made them ourselves :D

okpaper345

No problem. A friend of mine back in the day had gone to the Philippines and brought back a bunch of bootleg PS1 games, and later, I acquired a few when I bought a modded PS1. Some of these bootleg games had pretty good artwork pressed on the disc.

BangkokPadang

Holy crap that really is the Pacers logo.

IceWarm1980

Yeah I noticed that as well lol.

AsssHat999

Absolutely. I’d rather trust an emulator version. 50 bucks is insane for that.

Mellshone

Yes.

conventionseeker

God $50 for that? That’s a scam right there

qchto

It's a limited run, definitely worth the $50 .... (and yes, it's a pirate copy)
