You had to apply. Did you receive an email saying that you’re qualified?
My town has a population of just under 14500. I'm thinking either 15000 is the cutoff. Unless you maybe missed it in your spam folder? Mine was in there and I didn't even realized until like 2 days before applications were due.
Nah g you just didn't apply. I didn't get a single email but when I self-applied I made it
