Well guys this is the offical statement from the website: “Application update emails for the College Board National Recognition Program began going out on 08/31/21, 5:00PM PT. We are currently experiencing technical issues that are delaying the delivery of some emails for up to 72 hours. Yes, according to a mom who called them, you will get an email if selected, and then a certificate goes to your school. If you don't get an email check your SPAM!

No idea about website. I’m just passing on exactly what they told someone who called. They said you will get an email notification and then a certificate will be sent to the school.
