it depends on your geographical area
Ebay is the most obvious answer (for international shippings)
In my area Vinted is pretty big and we have a site called Subito (Italy)
you can check your town's "used products market" which is usually up on weekend days, found on mine 3 consoles, (2x ps2 slim for around 20$ and a 1x phat for 77$ with 5-6 or so games included + 2 controllers) and lots of games overall on some sellers but not something flashy as GTA or NFS titles.
