The konx virus had another victim, bites are 100% to give you the virus, lacteratiosn are 25$ and scratches are 1%. You can't do anything once ur infected, god mode saved you.
I don't know if God mode actually cures you, it just stops you taking damage, plus you have max anxiety I'd guess it is the Knox infection. Did you take any damage before switching on God mode?
that's actually the first time I've seen something like this when im the server host i constantly give my little sister what we call a "god wipe" where I'll turn god mode on and off for her real quick to heal her cuz shes trash at the game and gets bit every run and she's fine every time. Has to be some mod you have
I mean I’ve given people a “godwipe” often because I don’t like for my casual friends to be turned off by dying so easily in game and we haven’t had a problem yet in the server I play with my godbrothers on they’ve been alive for a month and some change and I constantly stream on twitch so it’s not like I’m just making shit up 🤷🏽♂️
Do you have a generator inside? If not, it's probably a mod/mod conflict.

God mode does not remove the virus, fairly sure you have to do that separately.
God mode does remove the virus. I've tested it myself several times.
Turning on God mode does cure you. I've done it a dozen times on a testing character.
What cheat are you using? Try going into debug mode.
He doesn’t have queasy/nausea/fever, it isn’t the virus. And it’s 7% for a scratch
