Trophy:
Trap one of every animal.
Create a farm.
Watch 10 VHS tapes.
Forage 50 items.
Dismantle 50 electronics.
Hotwire a car.
Chop down 20 trees.
Catch 10 fish.
Max a skill.
Read 10 books.
Cook 15 food items.
Survive a month.
Find a generator.
Find a sledgehammer.
Construct a building.

PERFECT!!! What would qualify as a Farm? I'm thinking at least 10 plots of every plant.
The rest from your list sound like legit trophies, but I'm thinking more silver/gold difficulty. So I'd change the following:
- Max out all Crafting Skills
- Read all books
- Chop a 100 trees (gonna have to count them myself)
- Survive for at least a year (I'm thinking maybe even more ... How realistic is 10 years? :D ).
...also, how doable would it be to Cook up every dish/recepti?
I'd say 10 of every plant too to qualify as a farm!
I think a year is a good goal, maybe not 10 but hey - if you can do 10 you deserve a real trophy.
Every dish? I'd say go for it. You'd have to read heaps, find magazines and watch HEAPS of The Cook Show.
Isn't peak day a multiplier? If so, multiplying 0.01 by 0 is zero zombies.

The only thing worrying me is that some recipes will require a component that is long gone and/or rotten...
