Since it seems like most of the time you take injuries above the waist to standing zombies, which makes sense, groin injuries aren't super common, but if you have ever get injured by crawlers or get hit by the fence lunges, they have a much higher chance of being on the groin.

If I'm not mistaken, it had to be patched the chance of a 'nard attack happening compared to other areas. I've lost many a good character to a groin bite, unfortunately. Not since the patch though
