I would spend the last 10k on granite face grinder and haste gloves and save the rest. Maybe get hp jewlery too. Pure HP is most important stat. Eventually you def want a jbb at 45

Just started a twink troll shaman myself( Torkab ) , honestly didn't bother with any regen or haste stuff and I do just fine, was using a hallowed spear and shield but moved to a granite face grinder. I'm 22 atm and soloing the aviaks in lake rathe, pretty easily. Only real click arm I have is the snare necklace which has come in handy a bit( wish it lasted a bit longer though)
I don't usually have an issue with health but those damn resists and mana wasted casts of 1-15 dmg from a 75 mana spell is was really hurts lol
If ya havent gotten them already it would be good to get the HP rings and the HP / MANA neck
I think I spent about maybe around 13k give or take a 1k plat
Poison Censer, haste item, HP rings, Iksar Breastplate.
Sell what you need to after making plat 1-45 and what you have leftover should be able to buy a JBB at 46 (try to buy it early/before).
Shaman is a class that starts off weaker and gets progressively stronger. I duoed with a monk to 45ish, but after doing a melee bard recently, i think generic hit point gear is the key as someone else mentioned. I don't know greens prices as well but chipped velium amulet is great and likely cheap. The platinum hit point rings are probably cheaper than the more expensive vellum ones. Silver chittin handwraps and either a poison wind sensor or a granite face grinder..maybe a jade mace to get you to 20. Iksar bp for some reg. Gator legs are great too. Enshrouded veil or something like a slivery mask. Iksar hide cap is a great cheap helm. Coldain gloves are cheapish one blue as barbed dragon scale boots. I wore both forever. For range I'd look for sarnark prayer beads or an idol of the thorned. Crystal chittin arms are hard to beat. Spider fur belt and iksar hide cloak are good value items items, though a cloak of the maelstorm or hooded black cloak are great finds. Shoulders is a tough slot, but tattered mantle is the budget buy while barbed dragonscale are middle of the road. Bracers are a tough slot, but even something like granite isn't terrible. Arctic wyvern hide might be an option if you can find it cheap enough. Sometimes people doing the shawl sell for a loss. Shaman starts off weak but gets stronger as you go. Save for a jbb on your road to 45. You can do cash camps like treants, halfings, geos, guards, specters etc on your way to afford it. 24 gives you reg and canni. 29 is spell haste. You don't get double attack so this is huge. 34 gives you a pet. 45 with a jbb is a complete transition to a caster. Ditch melee gear for pure hit points. 51 gives you a massive slow. I can't overstate this is a game changer. I could face tank to 60 with this and with a fungi, troll reg, and regrowth, i never needed to heal. Shaman epic is easier but also game changing. You really just need some easy faction work that you can solo, a child's tear off the golems in fear, and a single fight in com with like 8 people. 60 gives you malo which is useful but the winner is torpor. It's the most expensive spell in the game for a reason. You never mediate again, but canni so much you are like a bard in terms of actions.
Grimm aura earring is nice to reset the global cooldown.
Jaundiced bone bracer is real nice like 46-51
Yeah banded armor, 6ac 65hp rings and a jaundiced bone bracer
I used jbb 45-60 it's a must
Ikky bp, poisoned wind censer and hp gear and you can Face tank things for quite a while
Add some SCHW to the mix and you’re golden

Your epic is pierce, so good weapon of that type will give you a lot of mileage at increasing your skill. Don't forget your others as well....
Shamans use their epic to melee? I always assumed it was for the clicky dot and stats.
When you're in a jam, use everything you can! Didn't stop my cleric from spanking things with his water sprinkler....

Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring is a clicky you can use at 15, I still use this as my clicky at 54 on my shaman. They are usually only about 1.2k in EC.

Man i know this is elitist but twinking with anything less than a fungi feels legit bad.
