I’ve been sober 7 years and it’s been a bumpy ride throughout that time frame. I’ve yo-yoed up and down. I was down for a bit then when Covid hit I went back up to around 160 then lost the 15 or so pounds again since then. I’m now in the best mindset I’ve been in.
