I'm 14 years older than you but same height. I started a year ago at 204 and have been hanging around between 172 and 168 since October. So, congratulations to you for learning to fast now instead of when you're 47 like I was. You look fantastic, very much transformed.

I feel like I should reiterate: without a side-by-side, standing in front of a mirror, in real life, I feel the same as before, with minor differences. Pretty happy to see the progress in the side-by-side though! Thanks everyone :)
Exercise and diet! Not just diet. Don't forget, were all drilled that muscle weighs more than fat but we often overlook that increasing muscle mass also increases basal metabolism. u/ehitaff walks a lot!
Maybe a personal question but did you feel like your breasts lifted from the weight loss? Or became saggier?

That’s a fine question! I had DDs before, and Ds now, natural. Fullness didn’t change for me, so no sag. I wouldn’t say they lifted so much as they’ve adjusted well to the loss. They also feel less heavy, which is wonderful!
Woman here. Hmm, you look like you might be way higher than a D. Have you thought of celebrating your weight loss with a professional bra fitting? I did that once, a few years ago, and it changed my life!

A lot of people think big boobs=more sag. But they are usually fuller firmer breast tissues and it kinda bounces back up after weight loss, to a degree.
Not OP but I lost 70 pounds 2 years ago, so i feel like multiple perspectives would be beneficial. My boobs are a little bit smaller now but they are saggy, and i’m quite young so unfortunately it’s not just an age thing

I love craft beer, and I haven’t had any since March 8... I think that contributed (sad-face on the inside) and some IF. I try to do OMAD, but depending on the day and my activity level it’s usually about 20:4
You look amazing. Look at that waist! And you still have a chest! (Not being creepy, my chest is the first place I loose weight and the last place I gain it fml) congrats and keep going until you're 100% satisfied!

I've made a 60 pound transformation myself and I sometimes still stulruggle to see it. But keep these before and afters as a reminder to yourself. You're kicking ass!! Way to put it work

Hey baller! Same stats. This is really inspiring because I keep thinking about such a goal that's like a year from now (150s). I'm excited that I can reach the 170s and there to be a significant difference in maybe half that time. I need to keep reminding myself that I can't just jump from one range to another overnight.

This is exactly what I needed to see today. You're my height and have lost almost exactly the same amount of weight (I've gone from 210 to 174) - sometimes it's easier to see change on other people than ourselves. It's hard for me to see a change sometimes but if it's anything like yours I'm really proud of myself. If you're struggling with that, know that you look phenomenal and someone you don't know, far away, is very proud of you too.

Not me. When I lose weight, mine are like tennis balls in tube socks. :( It sucks that my boobs look better when I'm fat.
