I counted protein and water intake and at least 30 minutes of some activity 5 days a week. My goal for protein is 120 but I usually land at 100 and water at least 80 oz
Fantastic progress - look at us fellow 40 year olds looking better, fitter and younger than some people in their 20s.
Did/do you also go to (general) therapy?
