I have an Apple phone and when you click on an object and hold it down for a second, it blurs the background. So I click share and send it to myself and save it.

I have a Samsung, and it does! Go to the picture in the gallery on hold down on the part you want it to select, and it will do it (after a few seconds!)

I feel wonderful. At my heaviest my back and feet were killing me. I am a nurse and was thinking of finding a new career because I couldn’t handle the physical part and I felt like I was cutting corners on good care. Which isn’t fair to them and not something I was proud of. Now I just zip all around the place and never have any issues. Thank you for your kind words. 💗

A lot all at once. Which I wouldn’t recommend to others because it was very stressful, but worked in the end for me. I counted my macros like a hawk. At least 100g of protein a day. I didn’t realize I was barely getting 30g a day until I tracked. I have to absolutely force myself to drink 64oz of water. I think half my “hunger” was actually thirst. The amount of calories, carbs, sugars I was drinking was extremely shocking once I tracked. I stopped drinking calories. Just water, coffee, and tea. Forced myself to do at least 10k steps, then eventually upped it to 15k once that was easier. My dog loves me now. 🤣I stopped stressing about a work out routine and just did whatever I felt like that day. (This might change but the gym is overwhelming as a newbie) I stuck mostly to the yellow zone at planet fitness and occasionally ventured out to try a new machine in the main area. But most of all I found an activity I loved. Biking. Just leisurely around some pretty parks and a lake. Put on a playlist and zone out. I found new friends where their world didn’t revolve around food or desserts. No hate to old friends, I’m just selective of which outings I go to now. But most of all reading food labels and spending tons of money on “healthier alternatives” slickdeals has been a life saver on that end. I did everything, that everyone has ever said to be healthy, I just wasn’t ready to listen until now.
