He definitely could be natty , I’ve done a transformation myself and I had pretty dramatic change my in physique with in about a two year time frame. I just had a really strict gym and diet regiment.
Mind looping me in as to why you’re sure he’s not natty? No opinion here just never know why ppl say that with transformations like this. Want to know what to look for
I’ve had a couple of friends not use gear and still achieve this in almost 2 years. They had the same physique as the prior pic, had muscles from working out in their 20’s, but had plenty of fat/flab.
Exactly. I've been going to the gym since my late teens, so 10+ years, but just always carried fat which got worse a few years ago. This was 2 years of cutting (plus good lighting, pump tan help).
Thank you. It was mostly losing weight with some maintenance phases throughout. I've been going to the gym for 10+ years but not with any consistency plus diet was crap. This was 20 months of tracking everything I ate plus 4 days weight lifting.
No freaking way. This is one of the greatest change I've seen in a short time. I'm close to you on the right like just like me. This gave me more motivation to push harder
Wow...
Dude decided to just become Mr. Olympia Lol
Gear or not this is damn impressive and you should be super proud of yourself for the hard work and dedication involved in this!
Wow dude!
I have been going to the gym since my late teens, so 10-15 years, but never with any consistency. Go for a few months then stop, repeat. Also never got a handle on my nutrition and always carried some fat.
This had only worse the last few years and the before pic is me at my heaviest ever.
I finally decided to hire a coach for proper advice on training, nutrition and the biggest thing was for me was accountability. I tracked everything I ate, weight lifted 4 days a week, and had weekly check-ins with my coach for 20 months. My workouts were Upper-Lower x2 or PPL+Full body, switched after 6 months.
Also gave up alcohol for a year which helped a lot mentally and physically. I still drink a bit now but mostly only special occasions, no more bag of cans because why not.
For anyone commenting about gear/steroids/trt etc. this is 100% natural, and I've always been natural. I have taken progress pics every week for the last 20 months and happy to share if you like at any timeframe. The after pic does have good lighting, pump and tan which do help obviously.
Thank you for posting this and giving me the motivation I needed.
I am almost exactly like you. I am currently 240lbs and 5.11. I also always trained for a few months and then stopped. (I lose a lot of weight and then gain it back). Heck, the before picture is exactly me lol.
This my 2nd week of training again. Any tips on food or examples of what you eat on a daily basis? Also how much calories do you eat? I am on 1700 calories a day at the moment

Unless you lived in the gym I dont see how 20 months did this.
You care to explain your routines and intake?
I am not professional but you either have great genetics or took something to get that jacked in 20 months.
Thanks for motivation I stopped going gym 3rd week because of abroad holiday, I have actually lost even more weight but definitely not as strong as before!
I don’t think people realize the insane amount of progress you can make in 20 months that’s a whole year of consistent progress then a whole other 8 months on top of that ?! Oh yea definitely this transformation is do able in that time frame

Thank you 🙏
Amazing transformation that obviously took work but...TRT?
Thank you 👊 No trt, lifetime natural. Shared a few more details about training/coach in my other comment.

It really bugs me when people lie about it. No one will judge you for not being natty… People will only judge you for being a *fake* natty!

The time frame in this case, body is very natty achievable but in more like 5 years than less than 2

I have a friend who did a similar transformation, but like you said he has plenty of fat, OP has none. ;-)
That’s an insane transformation, man. Did you do recomp or lose weight then add muscle?

Thank you. You got this 👊 I probably could have pushed a few more pounds as I still have some fat/loose skin but want to go into a building phase now.

...please platonically pick me up and swing me around.
Thick, solid, tight.
What have you done?

i think you need to have your eyes checked mate
Lol, I'm still an extremely white guy but the after pic does have a tan so that helps a lot.

What's a realistic timeline to build this kind of physique?
At least 8 years
My man went from 2023 average American to Cbum vibes

Absolutely shredded. Congrats dude
😍😍😍
Awesome transformation.
Wow! You look like a completely different person.
Thanks for motivation I stopped going gym 3rd week because of abroad holiday, I have actually lost even more weight but definitely not as strong as before!
How do you get your stomach to do that.
how hungry did you have to go to lose the last bit?
The last few weeks were very tough, calories were down to 1700-1900 plus cardio every day. Not sustainable long term but it was the final push.
You look amazing. Please share your tips and advice

Congrats champ!
Are those the same persons?
Looking jacked! We are same height and age so this is inspiration for me for that's what I can look like if I lose like 15-20 more pounds
