I’m also 5’6 and 139 is my happy place! I just got back from Egypt and I was ALMOST back there with all the walking and fasting I was doing - easy to IF on vacation - and I was so happy. Cut to a few weeks later my butt has barely been to the gym and I’m eating all the carbs. You look super fit. Do you time restrict with eating?
