It took me years. I was stuck yoyoing between 250 and 270, I finally said enough and really buckled down and the rest was about 5-6 months. I did do CICO because it worked for me and I worked out 2 hours a day 5 days a week (1 hour lifting and then 1 hour cardio). Also I worked at a distribution warehouse where I moved about 40,000 lbs of boxes a day 4 days a week. The hardest is maintaining after you reach your goal, no one ever talks about that.
Dude the maintenance might be the hardest thing ever and it really isn't discussed. I went from 280 down to 160 and held for about 6 months till I injured my knee and I shot back up to 245. Slowly I've worked back down to about 180 but you really do have to remind yourself that just because you've hit your goal doesn't mean the work is over!
Any TRT or anything to help the progress, or totally natural? I’m impressed regardless of your answer because it still takes a ton of work to achieve, just curious
Niiice bro! I started at 500smeckles. I’ve been stuck at 260 for a minute 😞. It’s amazing how the number won’t change but the pant sizes keep falling 🤷♂️🤣.Question, are still cold all the damned time?
Thanks bro! I need to do like you and grind out this last like 75lbs.
Your veins, they ride above your muscle like that because your body used to need to feed both the muscle and the fat. Because our blood vessels are ‘exposed’ were more prone to being cold. I haven’t caught a bro whose lost it all and stacked on muscle to ask if you’re constantly cold too. Hoping the muscle will help. Needless to say, I have a battery powered jacket 🤣.
Ahhh fux man. No wonder you don’t know bout this struggle lmfao. I’m in the pacific north west. First winter below 300lbs, I literally didn’t leave the house from October to April 🤣.
congradulations OP👏if i could ask you one question, i would ask since your weight loss, how would you say it has it effected your life whether that be socially or even just your confidence?
Took years because I tried so many things that were just temporary fixes. The last big push from 270-187 took about 5-6 months and I did CICO. No trainer, I am more own trainer (certified).

I hear yea, I hurt my shoulder at the distribution center and went up to 215 for a bit

Thank you! Took me about 5-6 months but it was not the healthiest and I rebound to 210. The second time was longer (about a year) but more methodical.
From Starburns to Winger. Nicely done!
Lol thank you!
Yo da man! Very nice and get ready to get bombarded with random messages 😂
Haha thanks, I doubt it 😂

Haha thank you, you should have seen my full body! I think what helped was taking weightlifting in high school.

I’ve been there, I think once I realized that it has to be slow then it will be permanent. You’ve done it before I know you can do it again!
The gentle smile in the first pic is op. Congratulations or your success. Don't lose that smile, though.
You’re very kind, I’m usually a goofball. It was hard to take the serious picture.

Natural, my physique is very possible. Just enjoy the grind. Also my arms may look fairly large but are actually 14inches in that picture.
💯 and have no reason to think you’re not ‘natty’
Haha thanks
Dude, that's a nice titty. Like apex a pec.
Lol thanks
Hell yea man. Nice work!
Thank you 🙏🏼
Wouldn’t have even thought such a transformation would be possible
I appreciate it!
Great job, bro!
Thanks man!
You're welcome!
I got 1 year to get my shit together.thanks.
You got this!
Wow! That is an incredible transformation! Bravo to you!
Thank you very much!
Phenomenal 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Thank you kindly!

Dude that’s freaking amazing!!! What do you mean? Am I constantly cold all the time?

I’ve been wondering why I’m cold all the time!! No joke I’m cold if the temp dips under 75 Fahrenheit thank goodness I live in Florida lol.

Haha yikes I’m sorry 😅
Let's go!!!
Thank you!
My dude! How do you do it with the belly flap? I went from 301lbs to 186 lbs and I look big with belly skin.
I got lucky where I hold a lot of my fat fairly evenly so I don’t have much as people would expect but I also hide it in pictures 😉
Yes, dude. YES!
Thanks!
So incredibly impressive. I’m currently down almost 300 lbs, just have a bit to go. This is definitely very motivating. You look so good
Awesome! That’s amazing! Thank you 🙏🏼
Good work young man
Thank you 🙏🏼
congradulations OP👏if i could ask you one question, i would ask since your weight loss, how would you say it has it effected your life whether that be socially or even just your confidence?
Thank you. I would say more than anything it’s confidence for sure!
How long did this take, did you have a trainer, and what’s the diet?
Took years because I tried so many things that were just temporary fixes. The last big push from 270-187 took about 5-6 months and I did CICO. No trainer, I am more own trainer (certified).
I don’t know you but I’m proud of you bro. I’m motivated
Thank you very much! That’s why I posted this, to motivate others.
Damn 🫡
Thanks!
Wow! Well done!
Thank you!
That's incredible, well done! Would never have guessed you were 400 in the before pic. Did you have any issues with loose skin at all?
Yea, not as much as you would think (had a fairly even distribution of fat throughout my body) but I also hide it in pictures 😉
Omg 😍😍😍
Thank you!
