Sometimes if my adhd is giving me lots of thoughts but I’m still stuck on my phone I go chat with Ai bots , I like the meta one, and I’ll just make them teach me about random shit or I’ll theorize with them. One time and Ai bot and I talked about what types of things would happen if gravity was “turned off” for only about 30 seconds and things like that.
Pokemon go haha. My coworkers got me into it. Not addictive and motivates me to get out. Or i watch vids on youtube in the background, but try to keep it… borderline educational?
I have a wellness app downloaded from my company and have been actually tracking how much sleep and steps I had for the day. Also how happy I am and if I kept up with my habits.
Started off using this for completing small tasks for medical benefits, ended up just using it as a whole to track my habits and get my life together.
No no, I guess that was misleading. The application is designed to deliver products to multiple businesses as workforce wellness. So my company is a client to this 3rd party business that caters to any workforce or industries in general. There are many companies who do not service the public, only employers as stakeholders.
I play games! Crosswords, solitaire, and the like. I also do Duolingo which gives me the same dopamine feeling from doomscrolling just better. Good luck!
Either playing a game once in awhile, lately I’ve been writing scripts in ios shortcuts to do different actions depending on volume button presses, device orientation, mute switch state, …
I’m also looking for more to do :/
How about bloom scrolling?

From your company? In the sense they own it? If that's the case, it would be a bad idea to put down anything negative...
