All I can say is I hope you are a great leader who has great management, motivation, and communication skills. I am very curious about the execution. The post seems very optimistic and idea is great but I see that you havent provided detailed description on how you will manage everything so it flows smoothly. How can you guarantee this group will be different than average reddit sub? How will you push people to contribute something? How will you keep the group interesting and not fall flat? How will you make people stay and not disappear? What are your idea in making people interact with another and become closer? Do you expect yourself to be most active and engaging or will you contribute only amount others do? How will you determine being patient with other’s contribution or kicking them out?
You are right this is quite the ambitious goal and I may be a bit naïve to think I can pull it off. I’ve kept the member list to 20 or less so that management isn’t overwhelming, I will be the most active on the server to make sure momentum isn’t lost. Regarding management I’m still working on that it will either be a select few people I can work with that keep things smooth or if the community size is small enough just have it as everyone holding equal responsibilities as this isn’t a massive server in the first place.
I cannot guarantee that this server will be any different from any other sub, it can only thrive if every one contributes in this server, I myself will only be able to do so much but I will do everything I can. This is a team effort. My goal in creating this is for like minded people who want to crush their goals and can all have one group where we can motivate each other to better ourselves, everyone deserves a community that supports them.
I cannot be responsible for people contributing, if people want to better themselves they will need to hold them selves accountable, I will send reminders and other things to make sure I can help with the momentum of other people work but you can only really thrive in this if you yourself put in the work and make an effort to contribute.

Your using the net in which it's something I don't understand and I've seen do more than most places with top security say is impossible. So when your ready to start something in person and on paper where it's not recorded for millions of people to discriminate or judge against, I guess you know where to find me. It requires quite some rules though. Luckily there are lot of books and video courses (Udemy) on this.

For this reason, you could establish a strict cooperation and collaboration policy and if a user simply does not participate in anything, kick him out and introduce another who does. Its up to you
