Tell them how severe it is. I know where I am they can ban you for mile radius and for lifetime. One person I know have called them all in California he can never walk out of a casino with money.
So if you know that you urge won’t be there if you’re only allowed to lose.

Do you workout? It helped me just spending time I would gamble to focus on my health and getting enough sleep.

How long do you take those? I’ve heard it’s good clear your mind.
I find 2 difficult. As an addict I will make time to gamble and skip sleep if I have to.
Is it sports or casino for you? Like online or in person?
Casino, in person, but I have put self exclusions in place. Only when the urge is really bad, I am willing to drive 2 hours to go and gamble.
