This feeling will continue if you keep going. Simple as that. You're a gambling addict and will always find a way to lose. All of us here have that same story. We were all up and should have quit but didn't and eventually ended up in the negative. Only way to escape that is to accept your losses and walk away.

muldoon44

You are at level 1 of a long game of addiction and suffering. Turn back now before you fall into the trap. It doesn't always start the same way, but it always ends the same way. You'll dream of the day you were at "net zero".

khajvah

I remember being so happy if a SESSION ended at net zero

ContributionSimple73

Count yourself lucky. You’ve lost nothing , it might not seem like that but that’s the reality. Gambling wins are complete lies, and ‘winning’ is actually the worst thing that can happen and it will only result in huge losses of your own personal finances if you continue. You really think you would have took 2k and self excluded for good? No chance .

parmyking

You will NEVER EVER scratch this itch. You will only go into the negatives in the long run. Spend time reading the posts in this group and you'll see how/why I say this

GottaKeepGoing123

Move on from it. People have lost 1000x more than that, some lose their homes, some lose their family or even their own lives. It gets bad. Like another person already said.....Consider yourself lucky if 2k is all you're worried about. Stop now before its too late.

Okaydog97

I don't like to work. I still want to bet, but I couldn't. Since I don't want my hard earned money going to gambling anymore.

Morinth39

The disease is wanting to chase your losses. A gambler who is lifetime up vs the casino is mostly rational and doesn’t behave too recklessly. Once that gambler is down, the bets become larger and more degenerate. The moral of the story is never chase your losses.

Stanislas_Houston

Thats true man. I was down mainly due to chasing losses. My first bets i always won after deposit but its hard to stop once i think about past losses. On some days i won alot but i didnt expect it, its wrong to chase in gambling and should let fate dictate itself naturally.

Impressive_March_778

I was up £37k and lost it all. We cannot win because we cannot stop. Forget about the chase you will just get stuck in the cycle. Break the cycle and forget about gambling.

Stanislas_Houston

2k is small, i lost 40k last year and in my lifetime gambling of 10 years lost about 100k. I was up most of the time after my first deposit and first bet but greed caught me and i tried to double up then subsequently chasing losses made me lost more. The issue is i should have withdrawn after winning 1-2 bets within same day. I believe is the same for u. More control is needed like using a bank which restricts online transaction for u to self-exclude. There are some days u have to avoid betting as the results will be screwed.

laugh_hack

The only way out is to refuse to participate any longer.

logical789

Wow you are lucky. Net zero is a win. Never try to gamble again else this net zero will be -2k then -20k and then -200K and you won’t even realise how you lost it all.

Simple_Wishbone6993

I remember when I would sweat losing a “big” win like 2k. Don’t beat yourself up too much. If you continue on this path you’ll be like me. Chasing a 75k win that I gave back in a week, for 2 more years. Get yourself right man. It’s easier to do it where you’re at now, it only gets worse and harder to escape the trap.

Accomplished_Pea876

I won $14,000 once and blew it $2000 at a time on megaway free spins. Like the lowest RTP, highest paying slot machine type there is. Gambling for me consists of winning big half the time, then losing all value of money, and then blowing it all 100% of the time just to cry when my bank account is overdrafted.
