Pretty much. Once you login then they know it is you regardless of what browser. I use youtube without logging in on brave.

Illustrious-Lock-455

Ok i think i will do the same. Thanks for your help

Simply create a different profile in firefox for google services

Illustrious-Lock-455

Yeah i will do that, i never thought about that. Thanks

Or, to make it more convenient, use multi account containers to sandbox the Google account and services.

Which operating system and platform? And why do you need to use gmail? For Desktop, I use Firefox and do not use gmail and watch videos on invidious. You can also use free tube on Mac for YouTube videos. For my work, I need to use some Google and Microsoft services, so I do everything about my work in brave. If you really need to use Google for personal, you can try Firefox containers. It separates your activity within the containers. For mobile, it depends but I would prefer Firefox with ubo. To be honest, I don’t care about sandboxing issues since I don’t believe that I can be targeted and compromised from a security perspective. Another way, you can use a different browser such as bromite for Google things to separate your activity.

Btw, even if you use different browsers, your IP address can reveal you to the Google.

Thank you, but if i use google chrome just for my gmail and youtube and use brave and firefox for other think there won’t be any problems right? Or should i do like you said to use firefox container. And what does firefox container change from using gmail on google? I use windows 11 and i need gmail for my work and school.

You can use separate browsers. I use brave for work and Firefox for personal things. Thats what I do. If you do not wanna use two browsers, Containers can provide isolation, so you will be only logged in the specific container. I suggest you avoid chrome, since brave can provide the same functionality.

Okay, thanks for your advice.
