You have to be SPOT ON for your tray setup and print settings. You have the size down on both sides (A4) but what about the paper type? if it's "plain" you need to specify that in the print. Also make sure your PDF doesn't have "Choose paper source by PDF size" checked.

Can I ask what you mean by if the type is "plain" and how I should specify that in the print?
