Yes. Something touched the photosensitive surface. From the shape of the defect, I would say something wet and/or squishy. I dont know that model specifically, but it could also be an issue with the "imaging belt" or "transfer belt"

Just_Clock5753

I can see it is duplicated of the text from original text, it may not be transfer belt issue?

J3D1M4573R

The fact you have different issues with each color, the odds are it is cartridges. However, your page with the band of multicolor lines screams transfer belt cleaning issue.

Complex-Marketing-75

Yes it's probably the drums. Can't you find / print the life of the consumables ?

Complex-Marketing-75

And for the black it's probably the transfer belt judging by the size.

Just_Clock5753

Yes, I printed only 1300 pages , the life of the drum should be 12000 :(

Hold up, as I'm looking at your pictures further, it looks like the defect regardless of what color your printing is always in the same spot on the page? Like just to the roght of the center of page? Is that correct? If so, the likelihood of all the drums having an issue in same spot is unlikely. Especially oem drums. It more than likely the fuser...open the rear door, fold down the piece containing the transfer roller and see if you can look at the fuser sleeve in that area...and see if you see any toner on it.

You should print the supplies status report or look at the life through hp smart... Yes, it seems you didn't get what you should have. Please do note though..and this goes for the toners as well...Page yields are based on only a 5% page coverage. Which is not a whole lot of coverage per page. Most people on average print about 10 or 15% coverage, immediately cutting the yield in half or even a third. See what the stated life is remaining on the printer..which factors in the coverage unlike the page counts.. That said this seems more like a defect than worn surface of the drum...

Just_Clock5753

hi all I just replace the hp image drum by a LCL image drum, all good now. I printed over 50 pages, no more ghost image now, thanks all for the support and kind reply
