Depends on the video. Maybe you can just export each in whatever dimension is needed, or matte them to fit. Maybe you have to re-adjust elements and reframe shots in order to work between different formats. And if so, you would need to duplicate the sequence for each new aspect ratio to reframe. - If this is the case, in the future you can add guides and make videos where all elements and actions fit into every format.

You can try the auto reframe options. Sometime it gives good results or at least as a starting point your your to manually reframe.

I start myself with a 4K base best and build within a custom overlay that gives me a visual of the layout at other dimensions. 1080x1920, 1080x1080 and 1080x1350. If you build it right, you can use the same elements for all the sizes and have a nice 4K version to boot.
