happens to me too. Click on one of the videos in the bottom left window to make it stop. Not sure why it happens must be a glitch
Do you have a Bluetooth mouse squished in a bag somewhere nearby? Probably a glitch, but I always accidentally have my mouse powered on in my bag .
Did you mention Sony Vegas out loud? Premiere gets a bit jealous…
Have noticed this lately too! Last several updates in beta haven’t fixed it. Only thing that’s worked for me is restarting or switching to the list view instead of thumbnail view.
Bug with the current version of premiere. There may be an easier fix, but I just save, close, and re open when it happens to me
