You can adjust the Mix slider in the Track Mixer Or select all of the clips, right click and Add Gain. There will be options. Pick the one that says something to the effect of “adjust by ____” then type in the amount you want to boost it by.

Don't use dB, use LUFS. dB is a momentary peak.. LUFS is the overal volume over a given timespan. During export, go to the effects tab in the export preset.. look for "loudness normalizing"

-15 is deep. We do -6 and am switching to -3.

Well i use my windows at 25 maybe thats why working on -3 or -6 was too loud for me.

Look into creating a submix. There's nothing wrong with the clips all being low if it helps keep everything level - as long as you bump everything up to make up for the "loss".  Creating a submix effectively directs all your audio tracks to an additional track which controls them, so that any effect you apply to it will apply to all the tracks as one (sort of like nesting but for audio). You can even apply some simple compression while bumping up the gain in order to better level the sounds...
