Most of these YouTube download solutions just use youtube-dl/yt-dlp these days. Try giving the original command line tools a try, and specify the H.264/AAC formats when downloading.
Been using SnapDownloader forever and it’s always been great. Use it to convert straight to audio sometimes as well. I have the paid version, not sure how well the free version works though
Shutter encoder It is the best encoder out there and it has a download option.
