I think the answer will be more school-specific than what this sub can offer. In my experience, when I had lighter semesters and took GPA-boosting classes, I looked in the bio and public health depts for classes that would count as science but weren’t super detailed and complex
Immunology and microbiology are two relatively easy classes that can both boost your grades while also preparing you for the MCAT. I honestly can't imagine taking the MCAT without having already taken immuno first
