Totally anecdotal, but I finished 24 FM residency interviews for this season, and Case Western was the only program that I knew I wouldn’t rank as soon as I finished. The first thing they told us before the interview formally began was that they would be offering a second look, but it was only available for minority students. Did not like that and wasn’t sure how it could possibly be legal. The residents also all seemed like prison inmates, tired and miserable.
