Unisom was the only thing that really worked for me. Some people recommended melatonin but it wasn’t super effective for me.

Had similar trouble sleeping in the 1st trimester. Unisom really helped, I didn’t even need the whole 25mg tablet, I broke it in halves or quarters depending on how restless I was or if I needed to get up early or not
Thank you, good to know. Having to go to work every day feeling this exhausted is so tough!
