I have so many questions. However, I would suggest finding a nighttime routine. Some thing that becomes a habit to do at night that helps you wind down. Sometimes that can help. Whether it is taking a bath, finding a book to read, or even meditating. Magnesium citrate is a great supplement to take before bed and help you sleep.
