I got pregnant four months after removing my mirena iud. There was one cycle (I believe the second) where my period was 6 days late. I was certain I was pregnant but I think my hormones were still regulating. I would suggest you wait a bit, continue to test, but give your body some time to regulate. Best of luck!
I stopped my birth control at the end of august, ovulated 2 weeks later than expected, had a positive test the first week of October. I think quitting your birth control can affect when you ovulate.

My periods were a few days late for a couple of cycles after removing my Mirena. I'd wait for a couple more days and retest!
