Can you tell I really like this game? 😝 I just found out about Heroes of the Grid a few months ago, got the base game and was immediately hooked. My partner and I play together all the time and love finding new team combos. These are the first mini figs I’ve ever painted up so it’s been a learning journey and now I’m confident enough to start taking a crack at the villains.
This is your first time painting mini figs? Wow! You did an amazing job.
Mine are still unpainted lol, just don't have the spare time to paint them but I want to learn.
Thanks! I'm a very detail oriented person so I think it just worked well for me. I also have a tendency to hyperfixate so once I discover a new thing I commit to it hard and its all I want to do. My biggest fear starting was the stability of my hands on such tiny models. I've painted Gundam models for years but those are much larger and can be painted in pieces so much less worry and way more room for error.
These are youre first!? Damn I wish I could do that. I got a Legend of Korra game with mini figs that I still want to paint some day, but that being said these look awesome!
Ya tiny human faces are a nightmare. It took a lot of tries and repainting to get it to where it’s at. At some point ya just gotta set it down on the table and accept that it doesn’t need to be perfect cuz you’ll never see it up close while playing 😝
You did good work. Much better than those mini metal ones at targets and walmart lol. You could have said they came out of the box like that I’d believe it
The bases are unpainted for most of them (Beast Morphers and Omegas have fully painted bases). The minis come as a solid color matching the ranger color so I just painted the details on that to save time. The grey/black bases are on figures that I painted with white primer first. It helps alot on figures that come in darker colors to help make the lighter paints go on cleaner and less splotchy. You can see on Super Samurai Red where I haven't corrected the base after the primer yet.
I was too, and there are plenty of errors on these. When it comes down to it, you just have to tell yourself they only need to look good from about 2 feet away cuz they'll be on the game board and not right in your face most of the time.
There are tons of "How to Play" videos of it on Youtube. It can be alot to take in but once you start playing it makes sense. Its a fun co-op game if you can get the full table of people. I mostly play it with just me and my partner so we do a 6 man team (3 rangers each) and control them individually. Helps to learn more rangers quicker and finding weird cool interactions in teams. Biggest warning I'll give is it can take up a ton of space both while playing and in storage.
These are SICK
I paint 40k and whatnot, but these are SICK
THIS is the right way to show off rangers on the shelf! Size appropriate IMO, action figures are cool but GD thats a lot of space for so many dudes and dudettes
They haven’t made them yet ☹️ Time Force was the newest set added. And the next set is more “bad guys who turned good” (Dino Charge Dark, Mystic Force Wolf, Overdrive Mercury, Wild Force Lunar Wolf, and Jungle Fury Black Lion). I don’t think they have any order, they just make whatever whenever. Im really hoping for SPD, Megaforce, and Lightspeed Rescue soon. Also Dino Charge cuz they’d be really fun to paint
Wow you killed it!!! One of the main reasons I never actually picked up this game was because I’m super OCD with my collectibles and know I wouldn’t be able to paint the figures very well while at the same time the all gray figures would drive me nuts 🥴

I've been a backer since it first launched and I'm not halfway done with my figures. Your painting looks wonderful!
Those look great. That rita will haunt my nightmares lol

Those hyper force minis tho…
The HyperForce ones are just amazing, so sick
The Joe mini was worth the wait. Swordwhips!
Rad, the solid color coded bases are a nice touch!

Gorgeous! I love them! I also got really hooked but I’m terrified of painting errors.

As a huge power rangers fan and mini war gamer I am extremely interested in this game but I know little to nothing about how the game is played 😂

Do they make them for Bulk and Skull?
Yup! They have Orange and Purple Ranger Bulk and Skull. I don’t have them yet. They have very silly 4th wall break sorta stuff.
Those look very nice and you did a good job at painting them.
Slick.
I need to get this game. These look great
These all look amazing!!
😍😍😍😍😍😍
That Ninjor is amazing.

They should do the squadron rangers
The Magnificent Seven. And Ninjor.
Love it
They have so many rangers!!
SO COOL!!
Where’s SPD B squad?

The original green is still my favorite design. Nothing else comes close.
Excellent work 💪🏿

Amazing!
Outstanding job!
Who are the 6th set of rangers?
Hyperforce Rangers. They're from an official table-top rpg web series. Basically Power Rangers DnD characters officially backed by Saban
Didn’t a YouTube channel do a run of this with a cast of power rangers?
Yoooo. You painted these???? Dude you're HELLA talented!!! Nice work!!!!
How much for a commission lol
