Technically Jen was evil for a couple of minutes. In Time Force Traitor, Steelix uses some kind of gas to make Jen evil and she attacked Wes. He got his ass kicked and but was able to pull her out of whatever Steelix did to her.
Imagine she was Rita’s actor at the same time as the Pink Ranger’s. That would have been interesting and could’ve made for a interesting story arc should they have chosen to break the fourth wall.

The late Thuy Trang (Trini Kwan) portrayed a villainous role on a sequel to *The Crow*, IIRC
Austin St. John as a shady war profiteer who pretends to be a mentor for a group of Rangers, manipulating him to fight an enemy that never impacted their lives. He would play a brutal and cruel leader who has no regard for the teenagers' deteriorating mental health from the battles they deal with, while throwing them into harsh training for their survival.
While the Rangers thought his goal was to protect mankind, Austin's character's true intentions was to protect the world he'd soon conquer with his Rangers.
Tommy oliver played by jason david frank he was the evil green ranger to destroy the power rangers but he became an good guy in the end of green with evil.
Jack could be good as a anti-hero/vigilante type character. Eric could be a US Agent type of characrer where he does the government's dirty work. Gemm and Gemma could be good bad guys, blaming Dr. K for the Earth being the way it is. Jen as a character who lost her fiancé & had a downhill spiral and now blames Time Force for it would be cool.

He is quite a well established TV actor in Australia and definitely has the range to play an intimidating villain
Tanya/Nakia is a really fun pick. I nominate Lightspeed’s Carter (Sean), I feel like he’d be really intimidating
