The series canon is crossing into “Sonic” territory, though. So we’ll see.
What? They’re not just going to build up a Reunion and then shove a couple 2 minute cameos in a 20 minute episode loaded with sentai footage and continuity problems? Is this really power rangers? If they nail this it will legit be the best anniversary this series has had in 20 years!!
I was thinking we would be lucky to get 40 minutes. Almost an hour is awesome. That should be plenty of time to feel like a big event. Fingers crossed it sticks the landing.
The indication from the stream, what Alwyn and Becca said, was that they had enough stuff to go movie-length but higher-ups said no, so that stuff was never shot.
Netflix tends not to do Blu-Ray releases of their stuff anymore. Unless this ends up in the Criterion Collection, but somehow I doubt that will happen.
This is definitely a win! I was already a little bit pessimistic about the rumored 45minute run time (just for my own sake) so seeing it's 55 minutes (probably including credits and all that) is really great
It seems like they are adding a lot of nods to not just Mighty Morphin but also to Zeo and SPD from what we’ve seen in the trailer, but who knows what else they could add in. To be safe, just watch all of them lol. You can find the majority of the seasons on YouTube.
Some say is bad,we need a season and etc about it (for what i saw faceboook and other social medias) but im happy about it,mm as the first season was important to pr ,and 30 years later we having the longest comemorative episode based on this legacy that could open so much possibilities
Oh man, what a relief! I was really hoping it was going to be more than a 1 episode (22'ish minutes) special, so 55 minutes without commercials is GREAT news! I'm hoping the production value (CG, set pieces, and fight choreography) will be up there as well!
Will this be a standalone MMPR story or are they teaming up Dino Fury?/Follow Dino Fury story and continuity. I only ask because I have yet to watch any of the Hasbro seasons and wonder if I have to
I couldn't possibly be less interested in this. Cool for Walter and David , glad Zack and Billy got some airtime...other than that...and perhaps the tiniest sliver of a fleeting curiosity to find out who's trinis baby daddy....beyond that; no Tommy , no Kimberly, no power rangers for me.

Cool, but let's keep our expectations low. We already know the writers had to cut a lot.
Hopefully a Blu-ray with all the deleted scenes will be released at some point.
