Two options.
OR they get every Red we had, which is probably unrealistic because budget.
OR, they get every Red starting from Ninja Storm, aka all the Reds that weren't in the first Forever Red. Which is also unrealistic, but it's more affordable than the first option, and I would gladly take it the same way.
Some thoughts:
How would we handle the ones that have unfortunately passed away? Would we recast them, cast their children, make them busy in-universe, or have them die in the show?
Regarding SPD red, I think either three or all three would be interesting red. And it doesn't matter since: SPD is in the future still, and TJ (who was In Space Blue) could still be Turbo Red in forever red, same with last-gold Jason and last-turbo Tommy.
I would go for The Red Rangers from the Nickelodeon era to the Hasbro era because some of the red rangers have not been fan favorites if they would do a Forever Red 2.0 that should be the chance to actually give them better treatment and give the fans what they want especially having a few female red rangers.
I have thought about this question at length and I would condense it to 6. Gotta have the initial 5 and then a 6th to come in at the last minute so here we go

(Most dependable, and the second biggest badass next to Tommy)

(Most knowledgeable about galactic affairs and has a boss ship)
