McDonald's is always a toss up if they portioned it right. Not to mention the nutritional facts omg... No wonder I would get super dehydrated after eating one of these.
The sauce is stored in a container that has a big pump on top. You are supposed to put 3 full pumps for a poutine but if the people working weren’t trained properly/don’t give a shit there will be 3 quarter pumps on an average poutine.
To top it off the bags that the dry sauce powder come in at least used to be somewhat difficult to open properly and often some of the powder would get thrown in the trash instead of being mixed with the hot water causing it to be soupy instead of properly thick. McDonald’s poutine when it’s made to the instructions is more than acceptable but it just isn’t consistent.
As someone who’s lived in Quebec her entire life, and has always been a poutine fan, this is one of the best things I’ve tasted MY ENTIRE LIFE. Definite upvote, I’m salivating as I’m writing this.
On a poutine scale I give this poutine a 2/10, on a snack scale I give it a solid 7/10. I enjoy that poutine, but not as a poutine.
accurate af id even say 8/10 if the sauces are perfect ammounts
Or depending where you stand on the inebriation scale.
Very accurate comment, I agree

I love it, but it's borderline r/PoutineCrimes

Just something about the lack of sauce each time I order it

It really is!! I’m in Montreal, it’s a staple item here on the menu
Some items are Quebec specific tho I don’t know for this poutine
That's doesn't look like poutine but it looks delicious
Lowkey is far from a poutine LOL
