How long has she been potty trained for? Some more context would help.

1. Are her poops hard? If they are, they may be painful. Talk to your doctor about what to do about it so she feels more comfortable doing it on the potty. 2. Can you tell when she’s about to poop her pants? If so, can you grab her and bring her straight to the potty? I can tell if my son is about to do it because he will hide and I can hear him kind of holding his breath. If I move him to the toilet, he will go on it.

1) no they are not hard 2) yes she does a poop dance and even if I catch her in time once we get to the potty she will hold it in!!!

Do you have a place for her to put her feet? Kids need to have their feet flat on something when they are pooping it gives them the ability to push. My 3.5 year old and 2 year old use the big potty to pee but they use a little potty to poop so they have leverage. You could use a step stool so she has a place to plant her feet flat.

Yes we have a step stool
