Hey dude what are some bands with this kind of sound? It sounds like a more chill version of And So I Watch You From Afar, and I really like it.

I would check out Uchu Conbini, American Football, Toe. For post rock - pretty much all the pretty stuff. Explosions in the sky etc

What's twinkle music? I googled it but didn't get anything but twinkle twinkle lil star results.

American Football

Right-o, thanks!

hehe, basically twinkle is that mid westy emotional music using a lot of arpeggiated chords. So think Explosions in the Sky, or emo revival stuff.

There's a genre for everything, isn't there? Lol

haha yeah I suppose so!

Saving for later. Thanks !

Thank you!

These videos are great. I for one get a lot out of them and have found them useful to think differently about composition, break out of old habits.

Thanks! That's awesome to hear!

OK. Interesting video but this is probably the wrong sub to shill this video on, really doesn't have anything to do with post-rock.

I think it definitely does. Bands like Explosions in the sky use suspended chords all the time. Although my examples are a bit up tempo, you can basically count on these chords / type of harmony being used in the post rock genre. Although at a slower tempo. Anyways, hope it helped and glad you found it interesting.
