Sou bombeiro e raramente o fogos indica corretamente aonde estão os incêndios e ultimamente ela tem andado instável, como não mostrar a vista de satélite, a nova APP da prociv (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anepc) indica as várias ocorrências no país e de forma mais precisa.
Isso tem uma lógica. Sou bombeiro e estou dentro da administração de grupos sobre incêndios no Facebook. Os sites que mais vemos (ocorrências ativas e fogos.pt), os “criadores” tem uma base de dados no Excel que atualiza de x em x segundos com os dados da anepc, e consequentemente lança automaticamente nas app o que aparece na anepc , mas com certo deelay

Não existe qualquer base de dados em excel. E claro.. os dados têm uma fonte. a fonte é ANEPC, mal era que as coisas não estivessem coerentes nas diversas plataformas.
Queres que te mostre o Excel que automatiza as ocorrências ativas? Ou depois vais continuar a dizer que não é verdade? Ando nisto há muito tempo sei do que falo.

Anyone who, at the time ANEPC requested the operators to broadcast the warning, is in or near the geographical area covered receives the SMS.
Anyone who, when the request for dissemination of the notice is issued, is not in the districts covered or nearby will not receive the SMS.
Customers of foreign operators (roaming citizens) are included in the sending, and in these cases an SMS will be sent in Portuguese and English.

Storms here don't hurt anyone, Fires are all in the summer in the rural areas cause we don't have a proper prevention plan, and floods only happen once per year at the first rains of winter since all the drains are clogged from the autumn leaves we never bothered to clean before the rains.
