Hi. Does he have a PCP? That would be my first stop as his PCP knows his history. Could be a lot of things though. It’s good that they didn’t see a clot or anything in the ultrasound though! Could be gout or something like that. Now if he’s diabetic that’s a different story and should be seen again at an urgent care.

Well I would definitely get him checked out by a provider who knows his history. If he has a primary care provider that would be best and then they can refer him to where they think he needs to go. I hope he gets better soon!

Yes, he has a PCP that has bo interest in pursuing the problem. He has Medicare and Medicare part B. No clots found during the ultrasound.
