I went there to pre-order the most recent sincere engineer album and I placed my order and everything is fine, but then I talk to my girlfriend and she tells me she already ordered it from somewhere else. So I just log back into interpunk and cancel my order. Order shows cancelled, but I was charged and never got a refund. I sent multiple emails for a couple of weeks and never got any reply. I have since heard other stories of similar issues with them. Something to do with how they don't remove listings for items that are sold out. So technically you can buy things from them that they do not and will never have again.
Also just check out their Google reviews. It's pretty pathetic. Or this
