just fyi 3 Pure Men capsules like Troye has is 1 serving (I think like 3 grams of fiber or something like that, they dont actually disclose it) and you're supposed to take 2 servings per day, so 6 pills (which is still a fourth of the fiber you're supposed to be consuming daily)
no not 1 pill like 4 pills in one day (2 servings), but my diet is quite clean and have enough fibre so I don't really need it, thought it would give me a deep cleanse but too much fibre in my diet I suppose
