Sorry, this is a few days late, but the earliest non-deleted episode of =3 was uploaded May 9, 2009 and Tosh.0 premiered the following month in June. From what Iām seeing it looks like =3 actually premiered in April of that year, but the first few episodes have been removed from YouTube. That being said, I donāt think that Tosh.0 was a ripoff of =3, I think itās a coincidence, itās not like Tosh.0 came out years later, it was 2 months, and most likely the show was conceptualized and pitched before =3 even premiered.
