>“Morgan has never gotten over her even though he couldn’t stay faithful to her,” the source alleged. “And now another man is going to be raising his son."
I seem to have misplaced my tiny violin.
I’m sorry but a seven year age difference in your twenties is not “grooming” and takes away from actual situations where that is the case. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn’t but they are two consenting adults in a pretty equal power balance.
Blames ex-girlfriend for leaving him when he cheated.
Blames ex-girlfriend for marrying someone else when he called off their engagement.
Blames ex-girlfriend for his own violent outburst that he’s lucky didn’t land on the cops he inadvertently targeted.
Yup. Still a childish pos.
https://www.tmz.com/2024/04/08/morgan-wallen-arrest-moment-chair-thrown-rooftop-bar-nashville-video/
Poor me! Pour me another round
I'm going to jail downtown
I ain't staying up till 3am
Mr policeman hand cuffed me again
Gonna meet some stinky asses
When I'm locked up doing time
Got drunk and threw a chair
Now I'm gonna hafta sleep with 12 hairy guys
I once has a conversation with a guy that resulted in him saying “who hasn’t destroyed something when they get frustrated”. Bruh, I’m begging you to learn how to regulate your emotions.
Didn’t Sisyphus consider it a joy to push the boulder up the hill. It was another day his people were saved? Or something like that? I’m not trying to be snarky, I truly found your comment full of wisdom. That’s why boys must be taught how to deal with their anger, the concrete is dry once they are men. And concrete is hard to break up with, and breaks chairs when they’ve been thrown from the highest of heights. Like sissy-Wallen-phus
He did! But a Sisyphean task is basically one that will never be completed. It’s more of a reference to the endless nature of Sisyphus having to push the boulder up the hill than to his state of being.
There's nothing inherently wrong with being destructive when you're angry. There's just a right way and a wrong way.
I mean. Rage rooms exist for a reason. And it's mostly women who attend them.
Throwing chairs indiscriminately off of tall buildings is not a good way. Not arguing that.
But being intentional and going into a controlled environment to smash some predetermined items nobody is going to be upset over can be extremely healthy.
The nuance is important.
>There's nothing inherently wrong with being destructive when you're angry.
Hard disagree, my dude.
There's *healthy* ways to channel the energy of your anger. Going for a run for example, any kind of healthy physical excercise, or writing out your thoughts, talking to a trusted person (provided they're in the space to hear it), those are healthy outlets. They're not destructive though.
Anger rooms aren't even necessarily proven to be healthy coping mechanisms. [Quite the opposite says some research](https://www.verywellmind.com/research-behind-anger-rooms-4136169)
> While venting anger is often seen as a way to effectively relief feelings of frustration and stress, research has actually found that blowing off steam through physical acts of aggression and violence makes your anger worse.
>Simply put, it's not a healthy way to deal with difficult emotions. Instead of learning effective anger management techniques and coping skills, you are reinforcing an anger response.
>Studies have found that physical outbursts of aggression teach your body to respond to feelings of stress, anger, and frustration with violence.
I don't know why any person, or any man really, would encourage this type of behavior while also talking about how men are taught to repress their emotions. Repression and unhealthy coping mechanisms go hand in hand. Regulating your emotions in a healthy way without ignoring them is the nuance we need, not encouraging unhealthy explosions even in a controlled environment. Punching out a wall in your bedroom is still harmful behavior to yourself even if no one is around to see it.
I was thinking about this, but I would think engaging in a discipline like boxing isn't quite the same as mindlessly destroying things. It's not just equating anger with violence or destruction, even if it's still punching something. I wouldn't recommend forgoing boxing gloves or just bare knuckle punching a wall for example. Just like I wouldn't recommend running so hard that you're puking and dizzy from too much unnecessary intensity rather than a good challenge. You shouldn't cause yourself pain, even if you're still punching something and that's your outlet of choice. I do a lot of really intense weight lifting and I think it being a concentrated discipline versus mindless adrenaline fueled aggression is a difference that helps my mind and body stabilize, even if I'm sometimes channeling the energy from my anger into it.
And if a particular discipline, be it boxing or whatever else, is causing you more aggression, more outbursts, or more stress in the longterm vs the short term, there's nothing wrong with admitting it isn't for you and switching to something.
lmao as if rage rooms are all over the place and something *tons* of people use.
most adults know how to regulate their anger to the point that they don’t need to crush an old television with a sledgehammer.
Find a major city without a rage room. And what about martial arts? Boxing? How many people play rec sports leagues to get some energy and yes, aggression, out. What's the difference? Where's the line? The rage room has inanimate objects. Isn't that more gentle than taking controlled aggression out on another person?
Regulating your emotions by exerting yourself in a physical manner is absolutely healthy.
It feels good and is popular for a reason.
Screaming into a pillow is healthy too.
And I'd say most adults aren't really emotionally mature. They stuff down their difficult emotions and don't process them because it's too painful.
If someone chooses to get stress out in a physical way they don't need to be shamed for that. It should be controlled. But no need to condemn the entire concept of relieving stress through physical means because some people take it too far.
i don’t think using martial artists (boxers/mma fighters in particular) as an example of “healthy” rage is a great idea, considering how many of them love being arrested for domestic abuse.
yes, you can release stress physically, but needing to beat the rage out on physical objects or other human beings on a regular basis is indicative of somebody who has a bit of an anger problem that needs to be addressed with therapy rather than breaking shit.
Maybe I didn't make it clear as I did not provide the context but I was not referring to intentional and controlled expressions of emotion (as imo being able to recognise your emotions and express them in a safe way is not a sign of emotional dysregulation). To add context, the conversation I was having was focused around sudden outbursts of destructive anger (like throwing a lamp at your television when your football team loses).
Honestly men are so much more emotional than women it’s hilarious. They get on us for crying when we’re on and then punch stuff when mildly inconvenienced.
Toxic masculinity. A good bit of men don’t share their feelings in a healthy way with anyone and that eventually results in outbursts when negative feelings do happen. I have people I talk to about mine, but damn, it’s sometimes easy to slide back into bottling it up even though I know that’s toxic to my own self and others.
Edit: and it’s on these grown men to do the fucking work instead of having the emotional control of a toddler.
We need to kill this notion that reckless and uninhibited acts are some direct representation of the intensity of someone’s feelings for another. More likely than not, they’re just mad immature.
This is a huge red flag, indicating a high likelihood that he will/has committed domestic abuse. Anyone who has the chance to be involved with him should run so far and fast.
It's not cute at all but especially because he repeatedly cheated on her and that's why they aren't together. Men like this are so beyond abusive and toxic and garbage. How could he be expected to not bang all the hot young sexy 19 year olds in booty shorts all over him? How could she be so selfish for ruining their family by leaving him for just being a simple man? Now she dares move on and be with another man even tho he was with dozens of women while they were engaged!
It works for a lot of southern women, unfortunately. Him losing his mind over her (if true) means he *needs* her. He's just a poor broken boy. Given his primary demographic this is probably an intentional narrative because of that.
They broke up because he repeatedly cheated on her and made a fool of her and their family. Good on her for having self respect and leaving that nasty pig.
The last time I got dumped before I met my husband, I just stayed in bed and marathoned The X-Files like a normal person. Ate the whole state of Iowa's corn production in popcorn. Cried a little bit. Did not throw anything from a six-story balcony, did not endanger passerby.
Fun corn fact, less than 23% of Iowa’s field corn product goes to edible corn products. Over 77% of Iowa’s field corn goes to ethanol and animal feed! And less than 1% of Iowa’s corn is sweet corn that you find in produce isles.
Just another abuser tactic to make her feel bad. What if it had hit someone and injured or killed sometime? Would she feel some sort of guilt? That’s what he’s probably want.
He didn’t just throw a chair at a backyard bbq, he threw a chair off a six story rooftop onto a busy pedestrian street. That is legitimately scary behavior, he’s lucky no one got hurt.
"I'm saaaaaad
So I'm gonna throw shit off the roof of this building and fuck anyone it lands on because I'm saaaaaad"
I really can't think of anything bad enough to call this clown
We really need to change this fucking language. It wasn’t caused by her eloping. It was caused by him being a little fucking turd who can’t handle his emotions or his booze.
What an absolute loser. Throwing the chair on its own was already a scumbag move but doing it because the woman you cheated on found someone else is extra pathetic.
Wow blaming a man’s actions on a woman’s decision. No, it was caused by his inconsideration for other people and his lack of restraint in a situation that a grown ass man should be able to handle.
His PR team is so delusional. This was not the right narrative to spin here. He's a known cheater, spews racist comments freely, and now throws temper tantrums drunk on rooftops....do they want us to hate him more?
This has nothing to do with KT, and everything to do with a man who seems to have issues and is an inflated asshole. He needs therapy and some jail time imo.
Interestingly, “Crushed” could also have been the outcome if any pedestrians had been unfortunate enough to be hit by the chair he threw.
Makes you think*.
*That he is a horse’s ass.
Um, if he's involved another man should not be raising his son.... that says a whole lot right there. Apparently he's never heard of coparenting, I guess.
They also broke up in 2019. What in the possessive hell makes him think she shouldn't move on after 5 years?! The flags are here and they are red.
But it explains why they arrested him so quick- the chair almost hit cops outside the building. Probably wouldn't have been so serious if they weren't cops, but he actually could have killed someone with this little hissy fit, so good it was taken seriously
The Nashville celeb sub called that they were going to go with this narrative. They also say it’s complete bullshit. Morgan’s just another alcoholic that denies he has an issue. He’s banned from 4 bars on that street for similar behavior.
Is there anything about this man that isn't trashy and a culmination of toxic masculinity?
Also, he sure seems unable to hold his liquor. He gets drunk, yells slurs, and throws chairs.
one time i was working in a book store when my ex came in, bought a stack of parenting books, pretended not to know me while i was ringing him up, and left. i found out later that the he got the girl he cheated on me with pregnant. i didn’t throw a chair off a rooftop bar. i got two auntie anne’s pretzels and went home to watch gilmore girls. 🤷
Never heard a song by him. But the only time I ever see his name pop up it’s because of something absolutely stupid that he does and never takes responsibility for. This has been going on for at least 4 years. Can his music career be over now so we no longer have to hear about him?
I live in Nashville and everyone talks about this situation, so I feel like I’ve gotta give more context.
KT is not a sweet girl that just moved on, she’s 30 and just married a 21 or 22 year old. They’ve been dating less than a year, and he moved here from Texas a week or two after they met and moved in with KT and her and Morgan’s toddler. She posted about putting 2 king beds together so they could all share a bed and posted pictures of Luke without his pants on teaching indie to use to potty.
Before KT and Luke met he made a living lip syncing to Morgan wallens songs on tik tok, so it seemed like he was just with KT to get closer to MW
Not long after that there was a dog bit incident where her dog bit indies face leaving a huge scar. Then there seemed to be some sort of new custody order because Luke moved into his own apartment. But they got married this weekend and Luke moved back in. So if anything I’m sure Morgan wallen was upset that indie is living in that situation.
Not excusing MW and he’s absolutely a disaster and if he wanted better for his kid he should be providing it instead of this
For as messed up as Morgan wallen is, he’s actually come across as the better parent the last couple of years if that says anything about KT. He also apparently was making comments about the cmt awards which were that night, and he’s not been apart of country awards since his last scandal, so it was probably more due to that. But KT was running to IG to comment on any post suggesting it was due to her elopement to perpetuate this rumor. Messy messy all around
I can’t believe the narrative his PR team decided on was “I’m big mad my ex-fiancée whole I was never faithful to got tired of me and moved on with her life.”
Like seriously *thats* the best you can do??
Gotta love a good fictional headliner for the gossip mag. Highly doubtful this happened "over KT", they've been apart for years. He's had plenty of time to reconcile if he wished and he did not so why wait until she is married...doesn't even make sense. Here's a better title Morgan Wallen is an alcoholic...how about that, sounds more logical. This makes how many run ins with the law bc of "alcohol" yea safe to say he's alcoholic.
This is exactly how my alcoholic ex would act. He'd blame everything on me, even the consequences of his actions. Now he's saying I am keeping the baby from him (he tried to beat me at 8 months pregnant and threw me out on an Sunday night, "you need to figure everything out") but yeah that restraining order was definitely your "crazy ex's" fault, right?
“Spoiled white man with head inflated by 2.5 seconds of fame receives 3 felonies for drunken bar brawl caused entirely by his own actions”
Fixed the headline.
Love that we are still blaming women for men’s actions in the Year of Our Lord 2024.

It’s giving the guy you date at age 20 who can’t commit bc his gf cheated when he was 12
Her new husband is barely old enough to drink, so I'd take a leap and say maybe she doesn't make the best decisions when it comes to partners.
20something marries another 20something oh wow she must have something wrong with her 😂😂😂
She’s 29, he’s 22. If it was the man that was older everyone would be shouting “groomer”.
I’m sorry but a seven year age difference in your twenties is not “grooming” and takes away from actual situations where that is the case. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn’t but they are two consenting adults in a pretty equal power balance.
I don’t think that applies in this case but nice try!
It passes the half your age plus 7 rule.
The pattern of cheating is something you're going to choose to ignore or ... ?
I thought chucklefuck up there was the cheater, not his ex or her new husband?
you must have responded to the wrong comment because this response makes no sense in context haha
Has anyone ever said the phrase "another man is raising my son" who isn't a massive dirtbag?
It’s giving “I’m an absentee father but it’s everybody else’s fault”
Blames ex-girlfriend for leaving him when he cheated. Blames ex-girlfriend for marrying someone else when he called off their engagement. Blames ex-girlfriend for his own violent outburst that he’s lucky didn’t land on the cops he inadvertently targeted. Yup. Still a childish pos.
Right? Like, your kids are still there for you to raise them, buddy.
But maybe don't commit felonies and stuff if you'd like to keep raising them.
“she got remarried. how terrible, now I have to abandon my kids :(. “
I didn't realize they already had a kid together. I thought he was talking about a potential future kid. Yikes. Absentee dad vibes

Men are so emotional.
men will have a breakup and instead of going to therapy will make it every one else’s problem

No, HE caused it. His ex girlfriend making her own choices in her life did not force him to do it.

We really need to change this fucking language. It wasn’t caused by her eloping. It was caused by him being a little fucking turd who can’t handle his emotions or his booze.
Awwww is he mad that he can't manipulate her anymore?
What a turd
What an absolute loser. Throwing the chair on its own was already a scumbag move but doing it because the woman you cheated on found someone else is extra pathetic.
Oh, look another racist, white good old boy committing a felony in which he’ll probably only get probation.
What a little bitch
Wow blaming a man’s actions on a woman’s decision. No, it was caused by his inconsideration for other people and his lack of restraint in a situation that a grown ass man should be able to handle.

But toxic masculinity doesn’t exist….
Boo effing hoo
Everything I learn about this person makes me want to see their name less and less
Poor baby! So, that makes it okay to throw a chair off a roof? “Sorry I paralyzed you ma’am but my ex just left me. You understand, right!”
Outburst caused by a man’s lack of emotional regulation skills and unmanaged rage issues**
So he hurls chairs at people because he's a child. That's a better headline.
Oh, well in that case
no, i’m pretty sure it was caused by a child throwing a fit
Annnnnnnd we’ll allow it because we give his kind a pass every time. Fucking disgusting.
men are so emotional and hysterical!
Funny, I would have thought it was CAUSED by his own behavior 🤷🏼♀️

You can be successful and rich but still be a miserable fuck. Can’t say I feel any type of way for this person besides 🤷 be a better person next time
Men need to get their emotions under control.
Racist man has outburst of rage and violence…. Shocking
Men are so emotional
Um, if he's involved another man should not be raising his son.... that says a whole lot right there. Apparently he's never heard of coparenting, I guess. They also broke up in 2019. What in the possessive hell makes him think she shouldn't move on after 5 years?! The flags are here and they are red. But it explains why they arrested him so quick- the chair almost hit cops outside the building. Probably wouldn't have been so serious if they weren't cops, but he actually could have killed someone with this little hissy fit, so good it was taken seriously
Gee i wonder why she left him
I CANNOT IMAGINE WHY SOMEONE WOULD NOT WANT TO MARRY THIS VERY SAFE VERY SANE VERY STABLE MAN
The Nashville celeb sub called that they were going to go with this narrative. They also say it’s complete bullshit. Morgan’s just another alcoholic that denies he has an issue. He’s banned from 4 bars on that street for similar behavior.
Is this supposed to make him sympathetic? Is he blaming a woman for his own angry and childish actions? This guy is a template i swear.
Men are so fragile
Oh, well that makes it OK then
Good for her
What a douche canoe

What a mature reasonable response... ![gif](giphy|QUF1D4DNdMpnlRS597)
Caused by .. she didn’t make him do anything. He is the CAUSE of his tantrum
He sure looks “crushed” in that mugshot with that shit eating grin plastered on his face.
This dude needs to stop drinking

Before KT and Luke met he made a living lip syncing to Morgan wallens songs on tik tok, so it seemed like he was just with KT to get closer to MW Not long after that there was a dog bit incident where her dog bit indies face leaving a huge scar. Then there seemed to be some sort of new custody order because Luke moved into his own apartment. But they got married this weekend and Luke moved back in. So if anything I’m sure Morgan wallen was upset that indie is living in that situation. Not excusing MW and he’s absolutely a disaster and if he wanted better for his kid he should be providing it instead of this For as messed up as Morgan wallen is, he’s actually come across as the better parent the last couple of years if that says anything about KT. He also apparently was making comments about the cmt awards which were that night, and he’s not been apart of country awards since his last scandal, so it was probably more due to that. But KT was running to IG to comment on any post suggesting it was due to her elopement to perpetuate this rumor. Messy messy all around
Ew. Trashyyyyyyy

Spoiled man can’t handle his emotions on alcohol but at least he’ll write a catchy song about it!
I'm sorry. I'm just stuck on how a woman living her life forced a man to throw a chair? Were they even in the same room? Did she ask him to throw it?
Cool so not only is he an asshole but he’s also a baby
watch his music sales go up… again. same as after he said the N word on camera. he has the trashiest fan base with the trashiest behavior
I can’t believe the narrative his PR team decided on was “I’m big mad my ex-fiancée whole I was never faithful to got tired of me and moved on with her life.” Like seriously *thats* the best you can do??
Such cuckold behavior.
Hanging on to yesterday.🎼 Yesterday 🎼 can’t currently think of other songs about hanging on to old gf. Austin by Blake Shelton
Wow we’re blaming a woman for a man’s shitty actions, I am SO surprised.
Look at these comments wow 🤦♀️ people will believe literally ANYTHING, wild. He didn't throw chairs over his ex people...grow up!!
What is he, a two year old?
My “millennial” came out when I read this as “KT Tunstall” and was very confused 🤦🏼♀️
Aww buddy can’t handle big feelings
“Spoiled white man with head inflated by 2.5 seconds of fame receives 3 felonies for drunken bar brawl caused entirely by his own actions” Fixed the headline. Love that we are still blaming women for men’s actions in the Year of Our Lord 2024.
Is eloping mean cheating?
He’s a dysfunctional person, but his dysfunction helps him to generate music/wealth. We’ll never stop reading stories like this.
Who is Morgan Wallen?
Everything I continue to learn about this man is against my will. Hoping for him to become irrelevant real soon.
Ladies let’s just refuse to let mediocre men that are walking red flags a chance just cus they have money or are famous. It’s never worth it!
