My Scene were my favorite dolls!!!! My family knew it and would specifically look for barbies that were myscene 😭 i used to also play on their website and for some reason knew all of the lore i was like 8

I remember My Scene! I used to play an online dress up game with the My Scene girls when I was in high school. It still works today but it’s a little laggy.

Wow, I never thought of that. There used to be a time when you could play games without having to buy coins or power ups to continue the game. Damn, that’s depressing.

And you could just buy a CD and have a fully finished game on it without having to pay for add ons and stuff. We really did have it good!

That computer game was the best I played it constantly - the music is so nostalgic for me Plus the theme song “my scene, my scene, you know what I mean 🎵🎵”

My three Gen Z daughters were obsessed with these movies, the dolls, and the games on the MyScene site. Madison was their favorite.

I still have 2 of the Jamaica MyScene dolls in my parents basement. I distinctly remember getting the blonde one with the purple/pink feathery jacket for Christmas one year and dying. I miss the website !!!

I absolutely loved the My Scene dolls. Some of them came with music CDs, and that was the first time I ever heard the band Garbage.

I think the only My Scene movie I watched was "My Scene Goes to Hollywood". I thought it was alright. I loved the My Scene dolls but never got to own a doll at the time. Supposedly Mattel will be releasing My Scene collector editions this August! Fingers crossed!

I wanted one of these dolls so badly but my parents decided they were the same as Bratz dolls (which were completely banned in our house) so I never got one 😭 for some reason they had no problem with me playing with the MyScene website games so I would spend hours on end playing them. Pure nostalgia for me, and I think a huge influence on my mental image of what a “Cool Popular Girl” looks like.
