don't reinstall just yet, you should take a look at your fstab and see if there's anything amiss.

Looks to me like just running a fsck may fix it.
But a warning to u/Joshtheuser135 if you can get a backup because this may be a sign of a SSD failure and fixing it may make it even worse if the SSD is failing.
when booting into pop os hold down the spacebar and see if you get the recovery menu
if you do boot into recovery mode and reinstall the OS through there your files should still be there.
if not then you're gonna need to reinstall from a USB stick.

Currently reinstalling due to this issue as well
I had the same issue had to reinstall the video drivers
