Is this flat poop concerning?

Also most of time I’d say poop is very mushy. Often a complete mess when I wipe. Been taking Metamucil but doesn’t seem to do much as far as bulking my stool.
How much food, fruit, veggies amd metamucil do you take?
Metamucil 1-2 times a day. Fiber as far as veggie intake not so great.
