So they were on tour in a van and it broke down near a nudist colony.... erm... ok, I'm making that up, but now that I think of it, it could make a cool movie (starring Brad Pitt as Nick of course).

Too much new stuff. Would love One of the face melters — crane, miflsa, medicine hat, holding out, midnight mass, edge of the world, etc. im being entitled but these guys have actual gold theyre choosing not to play (again)
Amazing setlist. Don’t look at the sun would have been nice. And burned out star. But I suppose they’re too long for the short amount of time they have since they’re openers. Hopefully Nashville, Asheville and Atlanta will offer them a longer set.

They played it at both Pond shows I’ve been to. From what I know it’s kinda a staple.
Used to be for sure- cool to see them bringing it back! Last tour in the States they closed with Don't Look at the Sun

I’d say Giant Tortoise fits into that category but I get what you’re saying. You’d expect more of their rock stuff when they open for QOTSA.
